Return & Refund Policy – Sangam Ayurved

 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and consumable products, we only accept returns or offer replacements under the following conditions:

·       Damaged product received

·       Wrong product delivered

·       Missing items in your order

·       Product packaging severely damaged during transit

To process your request, the following is mandatory:

  • Unboxing video from start to end, with no cuts or edits
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Proof of order (Order ID, invoice)
  • Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned.
  • Returns are not allowed for issues like taste, smell, or personal dislike after usage.

2. Time Window for Raising a Request

  • You must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

·       If the product is Out of Stock after payment

·        If the order is canceled before shipping

·       If a return request is approved but replacement is unavailable

·       If the damaged/wrong product return is validated with proper proof

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

4. Replacement Policy

A replacement will be provided if:

  • The product received is incorrect
  • The product is damaged during shipping

If replacement stock is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before shipment.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If cancellation is approved:

  • Refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products bought under discount/sale
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Any consumable wellness items once seal is broken

7. Incorrect Shipping Address or Failed Delivery

If the order returns due to:

  • Wrong address provided by customer
  • Customer unavailable
  • Courier not able to contact

Then:

  • Reshipping charges will apply, or
  • Refund will be issued after deducting shipping & handling charges
